I’m a visual artist, researcher, and writer based in The Hague. My work investigates the influence of collective memory within our personal and communal lives. Drawing upon my own autobiography, I am particularly curious about the entanglements of memory in the shaping of German-Jewish identity.
Cultural theories in the field of sociology and memory studies inform my practice. Both writing and photography serve as my main research methods while simultaneously acting as identity-constructing tools.
In 2023, I graduated from the photography department at the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague.
